What is Aruba ACTION Partner Club?

The Aruba Instant On ACTION Partner Club is a simple and effective program designed for partners selling SMB networking solutions. Partners can engage with Aruba and their industry peers, get the latest news on cutting-edge solutions, and take advantage of sales enablement programs to boost their knowledge and generate revenue. Additionally, partners are rewarded for Instant On sales.

Am I eligible to join?

Partners with no HPE contract and business partners are eligible to join this program. Distributors and partners with Platinum, Gold or Silver level status according to the HPE Partner Ready for Networking Program, as well as certain Service Providers and System Integrators, are not eligible to join the ACTION Partner Club. For more details, please read the terms and conditions here.

A managing director, or a delegate appointed by the managing director, who is authorized to accept the program terms and conditions on behalf of their company, is eligible to sign up via the registration. Once the new account is approved, additional program users, including sales and presales representatives, will be able to register.

How do I become a member of Aruba ACTION Partner Club?

You must be a business owner to register for the ACTION Partner Club. Business owners may sign up here submit the requested information, and then read and accept the corresponding privacy terms.

Please note that you must register with a valid business email address. Public domain emails like Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo mail etc, are not allowed.

What is a HPE Partner ID? What if I do not have an existing HPE Partner ID during registration?

The HPE Partner ID identifies a unique partner that has an existing sales transaction history with HPE/Aruba. The ID typically contains alphanumeric characters, for example: 3-0AOC8-1.

While registering with an HPE Partner ID will streamline your registration process, it is not required. If you do not have an existing HPE Partner ID, please select “No” when asked to enter HPE Partner ID during registration.

What are the benefits of Aruba ACTION Partner Club Program?

The ACTION Partner Club enables you to earn points for selling Aruba Instant On products. These points are redeemable for rewards or cash rebates. Rewards vary based on your business location, and are earned as you achieve designated sales milestones.

You will be able to connect with other resellers for tips and stay up-to-date with the latest SMB news.

You can also take advantage of our training platform and sales and marketing materials to grow your business.

Where do I get help if I have questions or require support on issues related to the program?

How do I update my profile?

Log in to your account, then go to the top of the page and find the “My Profile > Update Profile” link. You will be directed to a page where you can update your profile. For changes regarding your company’s HPE Partner ID, please submit new information via the Contact Us page.

What if I forgot my password?

Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the account login page and provide your registered email address. A new password will be sent to your registered email inbox shortly thereafter.

How do I change my email address and/or Password?

You will not be able to change your registered email address because your company’s HPE Partner ID and email address is unique to your account.

You are encouraged to update your password regularly for security purposes. To update your password, log in to your account, go to the top of the page and look for the "My Profile > Update Profile" link, then select “Change Password.”

If I leave my current company, can I still participate in the program?

If you leave your company, and move to another reseller, please re-register with the program under your new company. Since all program communications and rewards are distributed to the company you were employed with at the time of registration, you must remain employed at your company to participate in the program.

Can I still participate in the program if my company changes its partner level status?

The program is only open to Aruba Instant On business partners and partners with no HPE contract. If your company becomes an HPE partner and is now a Platinum, Gold or Silver level partner, your company will no longer be eligible to participate. Your account will be deactivated and an email notification will be sent to your company.

How long will it take for my registration to be confirmed?

If you register with an HPE Partner ID, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.

For registrations without an HPE Partner ID, HPE/Aruba will need to create a unique identifier for you in order to track your sales achievement and incentive status. This process may take up to 20 business days to complete.

For additional registrations under the same company, if the company is an active Aruba Instant On ACTION Partner Club member, registration is instantly confirmed.

Once you’ve completed your registration and received an e-mail notification confirming your account activation, you will be able to log in and enjoy all the benefits of being an Aruba Instant On ACTION Partner Club member.
